System requirements for signing with eZsign

eZsign works with most computers and mobile devices. To enhance your signing experience, here are our recommendations.

Web browsers  

eZsign supports the latest version (unless otherwise indicated) of these browsers: 

• Chrome 
• Firefox 
• Microsoft Edge 
• Safari

PDF reader for viewing and validating the signed document

A recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar software program may be required to view signed PDF files.

A recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to validate electronic signatures.  

Mobile signing 

You can sign on the following mobile devices:

• iPad  
• Android
